  • KNITTING WITH LONGWOOL LOCKS with Rebecca Utecht

    Put those beautiful longwool locks to use! Becky will demonstrate a reverse thrummimg method of adding longwool locks to knitting projects. You can use them to embellish cuffs and collars, as an edging, or a warm scarf, hat or even a sweater.

  • CARDING FOR COLOR with Deb Coder

    My palette of colors began as mini skeins for tapestry weaving and using natural gray Lincoln longwool in varying amounts and dyed wool from Ireland. Carding color is much like mixing paint - every color is visable when viewed up close.

  • 1pm WAGON WHEEL WOVEN RUGS with Angela Parker

    Traditionally rugs were woven on the rim of an old wagon wheel. We will learn how to start a rug, weave in new spokes, and finish off a wagon wheel rug using recycled fabric.

    Using the applied I-cord method, learn to turn scrap fabric or yarn into a beautiful rug! Knitting needles and scrap fabric provided.

  • BOBBIN LACE with Lace Ladies

    We are an active group of ladies who share our passion for lacemaking and speak the language of lace! As a group we have a wealth of knowledge and resources and willingly share them with others.

    We create beautiful handmade lace using many different techniques, collect antique lace, and make make tools for ourselves and others to use. We are students and are always learning new techniques about our favorite type of lace or a technique that we've never tried before.
