2025 Vendor Application

Returning vendors have priority registration and special pricing available until March 31st, after which registration will be available to all vendors.

Festival Date: October 18, 2025
Time: 9am to 5pm
Location: Isanti County Fairgrounds, Cambridge, Minnesota

2025 Booth Rates

• Indoor Booth: $75* per indoor booth with a 2 booth max per vendor
  *Early Bird Registration Rate: $65 per indoor booth (2 booth max)
  Form must be completed by March 31st, 2025

• Outdoor Booth: a limited number of spaces available for $65 each

• Please let us know if you have a preference for either the Curling Building or Storage Building
  —While we’ll make every attempt to honor your preference, space will be assigned as available

Please Note:

• Items to be sold must be fiber related.

• Vendors provide all tables, chairs, displays etc.

• Set up times are tentatively scheduled for Oct. 17, 2025, 4-7pm, and Oct. 18, 7-9am

• Selling times are from 9am to 5pm

• Nothing may be placed (taped, attached, etc.) on walls of the vendor buildings.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund for cancellations prior to August 1, 2025

• 50% Refund for cancellations August 2 through September 15, 2025

• No refund for cancellations after September 15, 2025

• Digital photos of items/booth (new vendors only)

• MN Operator Certificate of Compliance ST19 (all vendors)
