2026 Vendor Application

Returning vendors have priority registration and special pricing available until May 31st, after which registration will be available to all vendors.

Festival Date: October 17, 2026
Time: 9am to 5pm
**NEW Location: Isanti Middle School, Isanti, Minnesota

2026 Booth Rates

• Indoor Booth: $85* per indoor booth with a 2 booth max per vendor
  *Early Bird Registration Rate: $75 per indoor booth (2 booth max)
  Form must be completed by May 31st, 2026

• Please let us know if you have any preferences (room, neighbors, etc)
  —While we’ll make every attempt to honor your preference, space will be assigned as available

Please Note:

• Items to be sold must be fiber related.

• Vendors provide all tables, chairs, displays etc.

• Set up times are tentatively scheduled for Oct. 16, 2026, 4-7pm, and Oct. 17, 7-9am

• Selling times are from 9am to 5pm

• Nothing may be placed (taped, attached, etc.) on walls of the vendor rooms.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund for cancellations prior to August 1, 2026

• 50% Refund for cancellations August 2 through September 15, 2026

• No refund for cancellations after September 15, 2026

• Digital photos of items/booth (required for new vendors)

• MN Operator Certificate of Compliance ST19 (all vendors)
